New Journey...chapter2

This is what is going on with me. As I have been around and working with YWAM for almost 10 years.... most of the time I helped with DTS and short term teams and traveling to study YWAM classes... and all these years I can say that it was God alone who helped me and kept me going... as He has been showing me that He has called me
with a unique calling, through DTS (Colo Spgs)- SOSM (Colo Spgs)- SOTB (Tyler,TX) it was a miracle for me to attend all that classes and traveling around the world. All of that it was just like any others YWAMers - through friends who know me along the way had supported me and I really learn a lesson of faith. But deep in my heart I know there is more that the Lord wants me to pursue. The last 5 - 6 years since I have been back from the US and serve with DTS my financial support had drop to almost nothing left, even there are still some people who faithfully supporting me. So that's really make me struggling so had inside, if I should be in YWAM - to do what I love to do orgo out in the secular world to work. I have been trying to work as a tour agent and tour guide for the last few years - hoping that it would be able to help me stay in YWAM- but things not always easy for me. Some understand what I am doing some don't - that's really discouraging to me. But I know in my heart that I need to be around for little longer. As a Thai person - with a heart believing that God has called me to this mission (not sure for how long) so that 's why I still around. I felt like the Lord used SOTB(School of the Bible) to teach me and help me to know the word of God for me and for Thailand better. When I spend time with the word of God, I go so much revelation. and He confirm to me that I am also part of the Kingdom. To step out and step up with faith is something not easy for me to pursue. I have so much dreams and visions I would like to do but lack of support of knowledge and financial, it's really hinder me and many other Thais to try to pursue our calling. Last few months I heard a quote saying "It's easier for God to redirect the moving object" that's really encourage me to make a move to pursue what I felt in my heart God leading me to do without fear. Last month when I was in Norway (by the grace of God) one day when I spend time with God alone in my cabin I was on Internet and came across my friend skype quote saying "Vision without action is a day dream" that's is also confirm what I felt the Lord was speaking to me before. When I came back to Thailand I was looking around Chiangmai for a building actually I was looking for a 3 stories building- hoping to set it up to be a coffee shop on the first floor - my tour office on the 2nd floor and hope to set a 3rd floor for the short term teams to stay. But Jay & Andrea suggested me to look at the building they found, it's a 10 bed rooms with bathrooms and 2 story building. When I looked at it, I got so excited but I try not to get too excited because I know when that's happen to me I would not think.... instead I prayed and spend time with God for a week, and the 2 phrase that God spoke to me came back to me again - I felt like He confirmed to me again to believe and these 2 sentences came up over and over again. So I took a step of faith last Wednesday, went to put the deposit down for the building, without having enough money to furnished it to be a guest house. I believe that this will be a beginning of a big things God wants me to pursue. I will set up the place to be a guest house for short term teams - friends in YWAM - Chirstian friends and others. I want to provide a safe environment for people to stay. I would like it to be the Outreach Department office and the tour office, by hoping that it would be able to gain some financial benefit to maintain the building and support the staffs and ministry in the future. I need at least 3000 - 5000 $ in less than 2 weeks now to get it running, it's scary to think about it but when I heard the story of "Walking by faith" as a Thai, this things really challenge me so much right now.
Some people told me "Why don't you take a lone from the bank?" As a YWAMer, I never have bank statement or credit card because I have nothing to prove to them I earn any money. Some say "Why don't you use your saving?" if you get support about 100$ a month some month less and some month little more, how you would do a saving? So this is a small step I am taking and I would like to invite you to pray for me, I don't think I ever ask anyone here like this before. But this is the most courage I have I put it here, if you have friends and family members who would like to help me start this thing and get it going, which I think I would need help at least a year also. Please let me know... please call or e-mail me. I have tried to walk alone with God for the last 10 years, now I open it up for you who might know me just a little or you might know me just "hello" and "good bye" if you want to know me more, please come talk to me. I believe I will be a first of the Thai who follow the vision God given, and I believe that other Thais will have more courage when they see me doing it and believe that would encourage them to step out. Would you join me in prayers to see this come through.
As God spoke to me during the time I was in Norway and during my time with Him for 40 days and 40 night, there are two sentence really spoke to me. I was in one of the seminar and I was just a translator but I like what he said "It's easer for God to re-direct moving object" I have dreams and vision that I believe God is the one who put it in my heart. I would like to make impact to people in Chiangmai. I used to pray this prayer "God take me to the un-reach people, who never heard your name before" I didn't think it would be in my home country.... Even though Chiangmai has a lot of missionary (seems like it) but very few of them working with people in this town. Most of the people heading up the mountain and neighboring country, but I feel called to the people in Chiangmai city... The Thai people. But how could a Thai like me do something like that? Where would I raise support for what I would do? Who would stand by me in this vision.? How long would it take for me to start something like this? As a Thai person, I had many mentality and idea that really try to get me quit. But one day during my time in Norway, while I was spending time with the Lord and had time alone. I had a time of prayers and intercession with friends in SOTB through skype. Somehow that day I look at few difference friends skype name and my eyes came across the quote that one of my friend had in her profile said "Vision without action is a day dream" So these two sentences really connect to each other to me.
Please continue to pray for me and I would like to invite you to take this journey with me. I would like to see this building to be a well known place for everyone that we are Christian guest house and we are the place where outsiders can feel difference when they come in. And more than that, we want to reach out to our neighbors as well.. As we are in the Night Brazar area and there are clubs and bars close by, hopefully we can be friends to them. And help them to know our God better. "The sick need doctor the well do not need" But we need to be a light to this dark world. I felt like this thing need to start somewhere... and I now start... I do not know what is ahead of me, but I believe this journey God is with me.
Isaiah 43:18-19 is confirming to me over and over again.... the Lord is doing something new today.

New Jorney chapter1

Thailand
Now I am back to the country and ready for my next step. My plan for this year I hope to do more in the tourist business and asking God to open door for me more. I will work more with the short term teams that come to the country and connected them with local ministries around the Northern Region. And during the international DTS in Chiangmai I will help as a part time staff, coaching and help the school leader to do the work and will help translate for the school during the lecture part. I felt like the journey ahead is really challenging but God really confirm to me that He is with me.

I am searching and looking for a building right now by faith - to start of the ministry and a business as mission. I am praying for two things right now...
1. I would like to get a building with 3 stories so that I can start a coffee shop in the 1st floor to be a place for young people to hang out, then 2nd floor to be the tour office and 3rd floor to be a guest rooms to host short term teams. please join me in prayers in this step. I need 15,000 $ for this project
2. I would like to find a building that would be good to host the short term teams as a guest house - so that when teams some to Chiangmai or pass through - they would have a place to stay and hopefully this guest house can develop to regular guest house in the future. I need to have 10000 $ for this project to begin with.

Please continue to pray for me and walk with me as God guidance go with me.
Pray for wisdom to deal the business with righteousness of Christian identity.
Pray for co-workers that will join me in this work ahead.
Pray for enough financial to start up this projects.
Pray for family back home that will come to Christ.

To God be glory.

Europe Trip

Praise God..Praise God...Praise God....that would be the starting for this update about my trip to Norway and Finland...

Norway was awesome and my time there was something I didn't expected it would be the way it was. God really loves me so much. Before I went there I planed to work a lot and do a lot with Team Action... but God knew what I needed. The past 7 years since I have been back to Thailand from USA after my School of the Bible in Tyler Texas, I have been working and serving YWAM Chiangmai Thailand and many of you might have read my updates once in a while.. and from the Thai Bhuddish background I realize that I still has the idea of "my worth is in my work" so when I got to Norway - I spend 5 weeks there doing nothing much... just observed the teams how they work and prayed for them. When I was in Thailand - I was a DTS leaders - I work with short term teams - I work as tour operator - I was somebody. But when I went to Norway God sit me down and let me enjoy the time of relaxing and doing nothing. I really ...really praise God for it even though God need to take me away from the environment where I thought I did something to the place where I was selfless - He did so for me to be able to seek Him with my whole heart. My friends in Team Action really help me a lot to enjoy my time there with God, and I really learn so much from them. Team Action is a team of young people who love God and they went wound the country to do music concert and musical - to reach out to the young people in their nation. They work from put up the stage - acting out their program then take down the stage they just put up couple hour ago. I saw their team work and they way the team obey their leaders was very impressive and really encouraging. I have been traveling with them to difference part of Norway to see the beauty of the nature God created. It was like a big reward and bonus God given me, 5 weeks in Norway become really rewarding to my work of 7 years non stop. Even though each year I had some time off and vacation now and then but it was not something like this. To travel all the way to Norway to have time alone with God and enjoy His presence was something i never thought of having. I would like to thank God and also extend my thankful heart to Team Action that help to make the trip happen. They paid my way there and the whole time I was with them they really took good care of me - host me and feed me well. I felt like 40 days of seeking the Lord was fulfill during the trip and I am ready for my next exciting step with God.

Finland
This part of my trip was also the dream come through. Since I was 10 years old I came to know the foreign country name "Finland" through my missionary mom and this country has a special pace in my heart. My missionary mom is from Finland and since I was young I had people who have have been praying for me and supporting me financially, I was able to go to school until I graduated with Business degree. When I got there I was able to meet with my missionary mom and spend a lot of time with her. We talked a lot about people in Fang - Thailand where she used to ministered before she retire, talked about all of her children and the work that God is still continue His work in Fang Good News Church and the places around. We were able to talk through many things but special for me because I knew I was not that good or obedient kid grew up. So there was time of reconciliation and happy time together. She also took me to visit many difference people who have heard about me for many years through her news letters and her testimony. Two of my high light of the trip were that I was able to visit the grave yard of one lady who has been supported me to school till university level till I graduated. I also had a chance to visit her family and her husband who still alive. I was sorry that I was not able to make it to see her when she still on earth but I believe that I will see her again in heaven. and another high light was that I was able to speak in front of the congregation at Salem church for 5 minutes to thank them because they sent my missionary mom to work in Thailand and I was able to witness how God work through missionaries lives around the world. and I am the fruit of their work. I also met with a Thai fellowship in the church and share with them my personal life with God and encourage them to continue their walk with God. Many of the Thai ladies who marry to the Finn men and left their home country and live in Finland had to face many kind of struggle but when some of them come to know Christ, He become their Savior in that hard situations.

To God be glorify.

The new Journey begins

I want to start of by praise God for the Visa for SCHENGEN countries I got so now I am getting ready to go to Norway on the 26th and hope to visit Finland and few countries in between. I will be away from Thailand from the 26th of March - 12th of May.

Many times I wonder, "God, what is it about me?" "Why I am so difference?" Am I rebel too much or not?,No...I felt inside "I am just so difference in thinking and doing things", but I pray to God that no matter what God will have His way in me and for my life that still continue on this earth, I will follow or try my best to follow. And the path He is leading me all these years really prove that He is with me. I'm glad that He use my life even through struggle. Many times I really feel struggle of our Thai brothers and sisters that do not speak up what they think or how they feel, so that when I am the one who speak up, I got myself in big trouble.

I pray for break through, I pray for revelation for my Thai brothers and sisters in YWAM that they will see and understand how God can lead them ad use their lives much greater than me. I know I am trying to be around YWAM since 1998, that's long time hah for a Thai.... I have seen God' faithfulness and His guidance so much made me to understand that I cannot let go. And I try to testify it to others Thai around me as well, by hoping that would encourage them some way or another. When I look back my life (after last dts I got more time to do that) have seen God and God alone are playing big part in my life of leading and guiding me. I really have a heart to see more Thai Christian rise up and go out for Jesus, I believe the young people and the business people in Thailand are the keys, and I am praying how I could be involve and reaching out to them. I do not know what to say or how to explain to you through English words here...but may God search my heart and knows that this is right from Him. The reason I go to Norway, I would like to observe the work of Team Action http://www.teamaction.net/ and as I used to share with some of you about 5 years ago about Mobilization Team, going out to the Thai local churches and let them know about the opportunity they can be involve, I felt what Team Action do is really interesting. Not sure what will come out after that, but I'll see from there on. Not sure how in the world I will do so but I pray God will lead the way and open the door for me if this is really from Him. Also my heart about connecting Christian teams to local churches like what Outreach Team is doing also in my heart, but it might not limit just YWAM teams, I do not know how it would be like yet.

I also still have a heart to reaching out to the business people as the last 3 years I got myself involve much more in this sphere of society, I see the gap that this people really do need God. You see, because one of the struggle I have is financial struggle, so I had to work as tour guide and tour agent to earn money for my living, (So that I can do YWAM work, and alongside I still have few friends who believe in me supporting me) I come to know many people who work in the tourist industries, that really is eyes open for me to see that this group of people really do need God. So I now registered as the tour agent company and want to get it going as well. The new journey is about to begin, please pray with me and for me, so that I can hear God clearer. I feel like I am alone even though I know I am not alone because God is with me.

Please pray that the journey to Europe would be fruitful and are blessed by God. Pray that everywhere I would be able to speak would be anoint by the Holy Spirit. Pray that God will rise up people to walk along side with me in this new journey. Pray for clear direction between and after the trip would over. Thanks for joining me in prayers. And we will see great things the Lord is about to reveal.

Next steps after iDTS-2007

Time fly so quickly just like they have wings of eagles.
International Discipleship Training School in Chiangmai is finished by the grace of God. It seems like the school just started not too long ago and now I am done with it. Again… I always able to praise God and thanks Him for all the works he has done in the school. Both staffs and students we all cannot denied that we have seen God working miracle. One thing I could say that to be a school leader is not easy… I really had to yield so much to the Lord and need to cried out to Him over and over again. It’s great honor I got from the Lord that He allow me to do this job, even though many times I felt so out of it and felt like I could do nothing. When I saw the students stubble and not willing to learn and change, I got so discouraging, but when the graduation night came, we all felt it was not our ability to do that but everything working out because of God alone.
One of my students, came from a broken family and she hardly open herself to us, staffs much and tried to put on the mask make us think everything is perfect with her, and she was resisting God. The Lord has challenging me to reach out to her and help to draw her out from her comfort zone, it took me almost 2 months to try to make friend with her and talk and reaching out to her at the place where she was at. Finally, God is working, and she told me later on that because I had that quality time with her, help her to came out and felt God’s love for her much more. Before that, she said she know God is love and he love everyone, but to think God loves her is something too good to be true. But through out DTS she is now having confidence in the love of God and she said from now on she is able to face anything because she knows that God is with her always.

After DTS, I have couple weeks off and have sometimes alone with God and seeking Him for direction… I am praying more and more about reaching out to Thai people, Thai churches and ministries that already exists in Thailand. I am also praying more about take off with the tour business, but this tour company would not just a tour to take tourist to tourist attractions, but it would be a tour that give people who join the tour with new meaning of life, and let them have authentic experience with local people. To live and learn from the local Thai people, and to feel how the Thai feel and to work along side the Thai so that they will be able to find out for themselves what they really like and how to go about it. I believe God can work in every situations and all kind of environment and through that God will speak and touch people more. Then, I hope to see both the teams and the Thai will be touched be God.
I am praying about going to Norway and Finland during April and May. For a long time that I would like to go to Finland to share with the Finn people and to appreciate all they have done for me. My missionary mother who came from Finland has brought great hope in my life, for me to be who I am today is by the grace of God and His mercy. I would like to go over to Finland to testify how good God is to me and the prayers and supports they had invested in me is now time to bear much fruits. God has arranged this for me through the friends that came from Norway last year has invited me to go to Norway to visit them and observe the work of God they are doing over there and hope to learn and share with Norwegian more as well about Thailand and how they can get involve. So when the door open for me to go over to Norway, I am really pray that this would be appointed time to go to Finland, one of the dream country I would like to visit since I was very young age.

Please pray:
• That God will open the door to meet with the key people in business and in ministry around the northern region of country.
• That, he will bring in young people who are ready to go out for Jesus.
• That, if God would open the door for tour business He will give me clearly direction and timing.
• Family back home will come to know Christ.
• That I would be able to get visa to Norway and Finland.
• I would have enough financial that needed when I go to Norway and Finland.

DTS on outreach-Chiangrai Team

At this moment: Our iDTS students has separate into 3 teams and in 3 location within Thailand. All of them have great time during Christmas and they are doing a lot of Christmas evangelism party. In Thailand, it is always great time to invite non-Christian to join the Christmas event during this special season. We have reason to tell them about Christ. Christmas in Thailand is not a family time like any other country, but it's time for Christian to take a chance to tell people about the love of Christ. We all working hard, and a lot of prayers and energy put into this event. God has given us much favored among the Thai people. Our students who are from oversea are experiencing new kind of Christmas because they are missing homes and families but this experience, they will not able to experience again if they are not in mission like this. God is so good and He is working so much, we praise God for what He i doing in our students and among people around them.

DTS lecture

DTS Chiangmai is almost finish with our lecture part and the students are getting ready to go out on the outreach. This year we will go to 3 direction which all of these places are new location that never have YWAM teams before.

Chiangrai Team: will work with the tribe call "Lahu Chale" in Thailand there are many tribal people groups and Lahu is also one of many tribes in the country. But Lahe Chele is one of the sub-tribe that hardly have Christian among them. The Lahu people also have difference sub tribes. One of our staff is from this people group and she has a heart to reach out to her people, so when we pray we feel like we are to send this dts to minister to them. Please pray for the team that will be there for week.

Lamphun Team: For Lamphun team, they will go to the district called Lii. A small district outside of Chiangmai that have few churches under one very much want to have teams that will go and help him tell people about God's love and disciple the people in his church so that they can go out and do more.

Petchaboon Team: Petchaboon is one of the province that connect the north and the central part of the country together. Some part of this province has some Christian but the district we are sending team this year, we will work with a local church that started by a normal man who has not been to bible school and does not have much knowledge people seek, but he has a heart and willing to serve God. We would like to support him in what he is doing and would like to be part of God's work around his area.

Challenging Time

International Discipleship Training School is one of the most challenging time of ministry the Lord is leading me to serve at this time. Even though I used to work with DTS's before, but each one of the school is quite different than another. This school, I have been facing many kind of challenging and problems, such as new staffs who just work with me first time, so their kind of leadership and expectation would be very difference than mine. Expectation and misunderstanding from difference staffs and students really push me to draw closer to God and need His Spirit every day of my life in the school. But because I know that the Lord is calling me to work with this DTS, and He is the one who promised me that He will be with me and will help me, this hope and faith is something drive me to do what I am doing. DTS is the time we can see God working so clearly and so evidence. But for the main part, we have seen the Lord starts His work in many people lives already. China trip is one of the prove that God showing Himself more real to us. That is faith I believe it would be like little mustard seed that will grow big someday. God is faithful and true.
This coming week they will learn about Clear Conscience, which is one of the most important week in the school. Please pray with me for the students and staffs that we will learn and grow together again. The only one condition for this week is the students they need to be open to the Lord, which I know that I cannot do it, but only the Lord can. Please pray for strength and wisdom for us,staffs to be sensitive to the work of the Holy Spirit, and allow Him to speak and work through us. Thanks for all your prayers and support. May God bless you and be with you.

China Trip

This trip for my dts students and my staffs to be in China was really special time. We were able to visit our friends and visit some churches that was great encouragement. The purpose to visit we all hope to go and serve and be the blessing to the family of believers but instead I believe all of us were so blessed much more than we can imagine. We went to hang out with some universities students and be friends with them, even though we were not allow to tell them about our God, but some how we hope and pray that we would be able to show them them the love of Christ to them. And God really prove Himself real to us, some of us become good friends with many Chinese students and them were the one who asked us if we were the followers of Jesus. Much more than that, the Lord really prove Himself true to our team, both small and big things. One of the story that really impact my life was a story of one of my American student who forgot his passport, air ticket back to Thailand and his camera. Many of our Chinese friends told us that it was impossible to get his stuffs back from Chinese taxi. Some of our friends suggested that we need to travel to another city to try to get his passport then need to try to re-issue the ticket but the camera was impossible to get it. That morning our whole team came together and had devotion time just like everyday, but we prayed and petition to the Lord. Because we know that it is impossible for us but we knew all things are possible to our Father. Just about the time we finished our prayer time, the hotel guard came to me and told me to speak with some one on the phone, (the security guard could not speak English) They told me to send someone who lost camera to the police station, at first I thought it was for another girl in the team who lost the camera and we reported it to the hotel. But we send the boy who lost his things and then miracle happened, the police told us that he need to see the boy in the passport. Our student went to the police station and found everything he lost waiting for him there. All of us who prayed ealier cried with joy and gave thanks to our Father.
The story was so encouraging and it really raised our faith in God and know that he was with us. Even our Chinese friends they also saw something difference in us, some of them asked very important questions like "How could you have so much joy, don't you have any problems?" So some of us were able to answer something like "Because we have the Helper so when we face problems we ask Him to help us." Please continue to pray for our Chinese friends, even though we are back to Thailand now but we have some friends there will follow them up. Please continue to pray for my students and my staffs as we have 4 more lecture weeks to go and them 7 weeks outreaches in Thailand. We as staffs really pray that the Lord will work a lot in us and our students, and we believe that God will change their lives so that they can stand up and follow the purpose God created them to be.

Hearing God's Voice

This week with DTS Chiangmai we learn about Hearing God's voice, which we consider one of the heart of YWAM. As we valued individual to hear God and follow His great commandment and His direction. The students learn so much and they started to have more confidence in the Lord and about how they can really hear Him speaking to them. I believe this would be another turning point of there life. It is really the joy for me to see the Lord is working in the student's life. It is a tiring mission to work with DTS but it is always a hope that someday they can reach their destiny in Christ. I still have faith in DTS because I know who I become today is also because of my DTS during 1999. It has been 6 weeks since the DTS started, we have seen the Lord working and moving so much in students and staffs, even though there are so much battle we need to fight spiritually. Please keep our school in your prayer staffs and students, as we fight to follow the will of God but the enemy is trying to weaken us and discourage us. One of our male staff "Naret" is in so much problem as his family is attack by the corruption of the official government, we believe it is not against fresh and blood but it is much spiritual warfare. This is one of the example but many more that we are fighting but we believe God is with us and we have all of you on our side. Please keep us in your prayers and continue to fight with us. Please check more about us at... http://www.ywamcmthai.org/idts/2007pg_001.htm

iDTS Chiangmai starts

Time fly so quick like crazy…believe it or not this is the second week of our international DTS in Chiangmai. We got 24 students this year, 13 foreigner’s students and 11 Thais. Things going really crazy because we has got big YWAM conferences in Chiangmai right before our school start, so some of us staffing the school really stress out, and first week was a lot of details and lots of talking and lots of meeting. But this week things starting to get in place so it slow down little bit, I really do praise God for wisdom and strength that God has given me and my staff. To lead the school is not that easy like to just being a staff. This school would be my first school of leading the whole thing fully even though last one I was assistance leader and toward half way my leader told me to take on, but this one really difference. Please continue to pray for me and my staffs, we were hit by the enemy a lot lately, one of our Thai staff left for home a week before the school started because there were some family problems and one of our new staff got really stress out because he does not feel like fitting in. but other than that we really thankful for our students that God brought to us this year, they really excited to be here and when we heard their stories that really encouraging us to strive to serve them and serve God in the school. After the first week, I lost my voice already because I had to translate and speak for most of the time. So whole day and t late at night, speaking and explaining everything about the school that I felt it was really hard work, but now thank be to God, it get little easier.
Please continue to pray for us and I really appreciate all your prayers and supports.

After (DTS Workshop) Maesot

Wow…this month really goes so fast and it’s almost the end of the month. I came back from the DTS workshop and really praise God for it, because it really helps me to feel like be more ready for this coming DTS. The speakers who came really give a lot of insight and knowledge about DTS, how to run it and how important it is for DTS students to get the most out of what God has for them… But right now things started to get crazy with preparation for YWAM AP conference that coming to Chiangmai on the 31st of August – 3rd of September. Even though I do not have much responsibility but it seems to me that I still get so exciting especially I hard that there would be more than 500 people attend the conference.
Please keep this in your prayers as well, right after AP conference, it would be U of N (University of the Nation) conference from the 3rd – 9th September then our DTS is starting on the 10th of September. Please pray for God’s grace and wisdom for my staffs and I, to go through all of these events. Please pray for divine appointment that I would be able to meet key people during this time, I believe God has set this significant event for special time. Pray also for our DTS students that coming to our school very soon.
In Christ’s love

Vision,God given

Vision,God given
As I come to realization that Thailand has the gospel for more than 200 years but why it is still consider unreach nation with the Christian less than 1.5 % in the whole country.I found some answers of some questions that I had. Why majority of Christianity is located in only big city like bangkok, chiangmai, Chiangrai and only few others but most of 76 provinces in Thailand are still remain unreach? Because big cities had missionary came to them and stay among them long before, and many people int eh city pray for their cites. ..Why the Thai church do not do anything? The truth is they already do their job, but "the harvest is plentiful but the workers is so few" How could we get more workers? + They need to here the need. How the Thai will stand up and take their place in the nations? got to have somebody take a stand and start something, could I be that one? Is it true that Thailand is so rich in natural resources till they do not need God. That the lie of the enemy to blind them from the truth. Why the Thai people consider Christinity is for the poor and needy but for them still remain prideful with their saying that they do not need God. Because most of the mission work in the past focusing on the hill tribes, slums, remote places with the minority groups, not the Thai.

* Want to see the Mobilization Team happen in Thailand
* “Mobilization Team” could be a person or group of people who will help others people or church to know the alternative channel in their ministry – to come up with the new strategy – idea for evangelism, teaching and disciple the new believers to be mature Christian.
* I would like to be a mediator to connect Thai – churches and YWAM or churches internationally working together.
* This team will be a mediator between churches in every denomination and YWAM or nation wide churches working hand in hand together without barrier.
* The churches will be energize to evangelism and invite people in every genders every type to church without blaming them but give them chance to know the love of Christ.

* The young Thai Christian will step up and take their place in the nation in the Great Commandments not only reach out to their fellow Thai friends but also the neighbor nations.
* Want to see them catch vision that God has for the Thai.
* Want to see them get training weather DTS or any kind of training to prepare them to serve the Lord and be mature in their Christian lives.
* Want to see young Thai Christian change perspective about Christianity and on fire for God.
* Want to see every group of people in the Thai society come to the Lord

* Young people

o I believe the young people are the key to change the nations as well, because if they growing up with the knowledge of the one true God they could lead the nations to the fullness that God has plan for them.
o The native are also the main key need to be reached in every way, they know the language, culture and people better than the foreigners but they also need to see the good example from Christian all over the world to show them God’s love.
(This is where coffee shop is now coming and need God to carry on and give wisdom how to do it.Because I want to create a safe place, another hang out place for the young people to come in and meet God, instead of going to bars, the coffee shop would be nice and relax place where they can come in to hang out and do their home work, sit and talk to friends...it will provide warm atmosphere...not too Christian but it will be place they like )

* Business man
o They are the most influential people who could change the face of the earth by economy. They are the middle class people who can connect the upper level of people and the lower. They are easy to access but very few of them know God.
o I believe that the Lord allow me to get degree in business for a purpose, when the right timing comes, I believe He will use it for His good. I also am praying so much about this channel – some how the Lord will open the door for me to serve the business world.
(This is where Lighthouse Excursion come in the picture, as i would like to reach out to the business world through this company. For sure, this will take me to come in contact with many business people in the business world, such as hotels workers, drivers, tourist attractions workers, even the church members all over the country that, this company will get connected with. Then it would be another channel to reach out to the Thai in the remote part of Thailand as well. Each team that come and join this biking prayer tour, they will be able to make a difference in any places they go to, and invite churches in Thailand to join in reaching out to their neighbors, and the team will be able to spend time at the new places start from the north of Thailand and hopefully they can go all over Thailand)

Thailand and South East Asia countries need to hear the gospel – in every tongue and tribes even the remote part of the world need to hear the Good News. Each of us needs to take action in our part and use our talents to success all His plans.

August_Updates

1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.” Psalm 91: 1-2

August has come and it’s almost getting to the half of the month….and yes…many kind of challenging ahead of me … I praise God for the YWAM Thailand national conference during the 1st – 4th of August, it really something that God again refreshed me with the message. The theme was “Journey” so it was overall time of reflex of what had happen in YWAM Thailand in the past and the journey we will take together in the near future. It really confirmed to me something the Lord has been speaking with me lately. God really confirm to me that the journey I am on is the right one and he is in control. Even though my human mind cannot fully understand but in the end God will be glorify. The path that each of us take, it might over lap with other people who already have walk this way before us and also there will be a lot more people will follow after us and lead the way ahead of us. The speaker at the conference is Mr. Ian Muir is the international director of YWAM so according to his experience in YWAM and in the mission field in Africa many years really encourage me so much.
August is the crazy month for me and my staffs, after the national conference we come back to Chiangmai to help prepare for YWAM Asia Pacific and U of N workshop in early September, plus we still need to prepare for our DTS classes as well. But on the 14th – 24th this month my DTS staffs and I, we will go to Mae Sod which would be another province 5 hours away from Chiangmai to do DTS workshop which the team who in charge of DTS classes international would come and teach us more about how to staff DTS. I believe it would be good time to learn and plan more together and spend lots of time as a team more. There would be DTS staffs from Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar come together and seek the Lord together and we hope to improve it more so that our DTS school would be life changing time for all of our students.
Please continue to pray for our school staffs, right now we have 7 staffs + 2 of our directors (family) and now we have one couple who is YWAM Chiangmai staffs that willing to help us part time with our foreigners students. So that’s really take some stress out of me, we believe it would be good. God is doing new things in our school and in each our staffs as well. There are 3 new fulltime staffs and 1 couple that we need God to make them fill part of the team, as we believe God wants us to work as a team… our Thai staffs (6 of us) still have struggle with financial support but we all believe this is the time God is leading us to serve in the school. So we also believe that God will provide. Financial thing is always big challenge, and for me because I might not able to work part time anymore, so that would bring little stress to me. I am so thankful to some of you who have been faithfully walked with me all these years, even though it is not much but that really encourage me to be here today. Thank you for believing in me. And to some of my new friends who just starting to know me, I would like to invite you to be part of my team in this ministry God is calling me to, whether in prayers and financial support. And you can be part of this journey I am taking and see lives change through our corporation. You can support me by prayers and financial and I will do that work, to be your hand and feet. May God be the glory.
Your extension to Thailand and the nations.

Urgent prayers for my father...

July 19, 2007

Urgent prayer request...

Friends…..
Please pray for my father… I heard from my step mom that he is not well…during this time…it’s raining season in Thailand and it a starting season to plant rice… he went to work at the rice field just like everyday…but he got so much headache one evening after come back from the rice field… he complain a lot about his health lately. He does not like to go see doctor, he went to the pharmacy and got some medication, but many times he like to take over doze because he think it would take pain away faster. I still have faith that my father will come to know God someday, I know God starting to open up the opportunity for him to hear more about God’s love. From the team (24/7) from New Life church that went to his village few months ago, that really leave some curiosity to him so much about God. I talked to my cousin and she told me that my dad started to wonder more about the foreigner’s team and the dramas that they did. He and people in the village also keep talking about the team, and waiting for me to bring more team to his village. I am so praying that God will bring some teams that will go and spend time in his village more. I used to take few teams into the village and they started by praying for my father and his village. I felt like the time is so close that he will come to know God soon. The love of God as a Father is revealing to me lots more last few years. My heart is reaching out to my earthly father as well.
God is a Father to a fatherless and He promise He will not leave the orphans, that really come real to me. And it becomes my prayers for my country and the young people in this country. God has starting to put more and more burden in my heart to pray for the country and that God will brings changes into this nation. I always thankful for all God have given to me and He spare my life many times, it’s by the grace of God I am here today and serve God. This hope, I have in God, I also want to tell others about Him. Since I began my walk with God more seriously, I have come to experienced God’s love and provision in many ways. Many times when I think about my life, I know that I couldn’t reach to this place if I did not make decision to follow God many years ago. But many people in Thailand do not know about this yet, including my father.
Please pray with me that God will take my father to the place where he would feel God’s love and forgiveness. My cousins called me and told me that when my father drunk; he would start to talk about how sorry he is with what he did to my mom. I felt like he has been living in guilt for his whole life, and I believe God wants to free him from that. Please join me in prayer that God would open door for him to know God’s love.
